I received all my parts in one order. I did follow up as it took longer than expected but the reason was valid (waiting on back ordered items) an was shipped the day they cam in. Website was very helpful to find my parts.

Easy to find parts and order online

The diagrams are very easy to navigate, and to select what you need. It does not show current stock, that would be an improvement on the system

Hard to find part at a fair price and received from overseas in a timely enough manner - though there was some confusion with the Auspost tracking. It was fine in the end though and my tracking query was given prompt attention.
