Shipping and Delivery

Introduction

All orders through bike-parts-ducati.com.au are fulfilled by CubeMoto.com.au - Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. CubeMoto will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by bike-parts-ducati.com.au are estimates only. bike-parts-ducati.com.au and Cube Moto will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.

Bike-parts-ducati.com.au and Cube Moto will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed.

Express shipping

Orders Placed before 12:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received within 1-3 business days (unless on backorder) however this service can take up to 7 business days.

Backorder

We endeavour to have all items in stock but sometimes, we will not have the SKU in stock due to the large amount of Ducati OEM Parts  & Accessories available in the catalogue. In this case, we will have to order directly from Ducati Italy. Rest assured we will inform you of this The wait time is currently is around 1-3weeks.

Rest assured, we will order your part the moment you place your order. We do not wait days or weeks like most retailers  to build up an order and then place a bulk order with the manufacturer.

Bulky items

Rates quoted at checkout

Bulky items include oversized items such as race fairings, front suspension/forks, tyres, wheels, helmets, large chassis components and ramps. Most of our Bulky items are shipped to you for the above flat rates however some Bulky items can attract higher shipping fees starting from $12. These shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the order and any shipping charges will be quoted during checkout. Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days (7-14 days for regional areas).

Bulky item deliveries require a signature upon delivery, If you are not present the parcel will be redirected to the depot and you will be responsible for picking this parcel up. We recommend choosing an address where you will be present such as a work address to avoid this.

Dangerous goods

Items considered as 'Dangerous Goods' will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols. Most of these kinds of items have to be sent via road freight and we may split the items off your order. In this case, it may take the courier slightly longer to reach you.

You can still track your order via the tracking link emailed to you at the time of dispatch. But due to the nature of the goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We are not able to ship dangerous goods internationally due to Australian legislation.

Shipping Insurance

You value your shipment and so do we – for peace of mind, don’t forget to protect your order.

The courier carries no liability in the event a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, regardless of the nature of the error. Hence why at the time of shipment, transit insurance is offered as an optional extra to provide you peace of mind.

By adding shipping insurance to your purchase, we will ensure your order is protected during the shipment creation, in transit and delivery process.

How it works:
Cubemoto.com.au will lodge a formal investigation on your behalf with the courier and guarantees a turnaround of 2 business days to either refund, credit or replace providing the order has not met the conditions below: 
  • The consignment has been signed for;
  • The consignment has been delivered with a proof of delivery image captured;
  • You have supplied the incorrect address when placing your order;
  • This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to cubemoto.com.au  at time of shipment creation.

International shipping

We use Australia Post Express Courier International or TNT to ship goods overseas. The delivery times experienced by these couriers is around 5-10 business days. Due to the constant variables encountered with international freight contractors, cubemoto.com.au cannot be held liable for international consignments that are lost in transit. Please contact us if you wish to have your shipment insured. Please be aware that you accept responsibility for lost international consignments and bike-parts-ducati.com.au or cubemoto.com.au  will not re-ship or refund your order.

There is a $49 flat rate for orders $350 and under. $29 for over $350.01.

Customs & duty charges

(Excludes selected Tax Free Shipping countries)

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. cubemoto.com.au cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and cubemoto.com.au will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
